Floral, Nature, & Landscape photographer
I am a wife, a mother, a grandmother — a soul who sees with both heart and lens. I move through the world with quiet wonder, drawn to the places where light lingers and shadows gently fall. Nature has always spoken to me — in the rustle of leaves, the curve of a petal, the hush of morning mist. This is where I feel most at peace, most present, most myself.
My journey with photography truly began in 2010, when I started capturing the delicate beauty of flowers and the quiet magic of nature at the Maine Botanical Gardens in Boothbay. I had always felt deeply connected to the outdoors, but with a camera in hand, I found a way to bring a piece of that world home — to hold onto what I saw and felt in those fleeting, sacred moments.
Photography became more than a creative outlet; it became a way of being — a practice of presence and gratitude. I am inspired by everything from sweeping landscapes to the tiniest details hidden in plain sight. Whether it's a bloom, a branch, a sliver of sky, or an abstract composition of form and color, each photograph is a reflection of the stillness and awe I experience through the lens.
My work is an invitation — to slow down, to notice, to feel. Each image carries a whisper of calm, a memory of wonder, and the quiet joy of seeing something ordinary become extraordinary. It is my hope that in sharing these moments, others might feel even a small part of the peace and connection they gave me.
